  • Illinois' 2005 Perinatal/Postnatal Evaluation Tool for maternal depression screening
    Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. (2006). This evaluative resource identifies the percentage of enrolled women that were screened for depression - as documented in the medical record - during the prenatal and/or postpartum period. In addition, the study was designed to collect data on whether or not treatment and follow-up occurred if the screening was positive for depression.
