North Carolina Resources: Identifying Children and Families at Risk
As the result of the ABCD project, the North Carolina Medicaid agency adopted a policy requiring practices to use a standardized screening tool at scheduled well-child visits. The project developed resources, including an office resource guide, designed to help primary care practices integrate standardized developmental screening into their workflow.
