Utah conducted three learning collaboratives-- two on social-emotional development (one for infants and a second for toddlers) and a third on maternal depression that telecast to two rural areas of the state to be accessible to rural providers. The collaboratives were developed through the Utah Pediatric Partnership to Improve Healthcare Quality (UPIQ). Results show increased use of a standardized screening tool by pediatricians and improvements in identifying children.
